At OneWorld Collection, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
